Church offers support for the 5th child.

     A Roman Catholic Church in Kerala, India made an unusual offer to its members: a fixed deposit of ten thousand rupees and free education for their fifth child. Fixed deposit can be redeemed after 18 years

       A spokesman said many are ashamed of having many children; this is to recognize such parents. Church also noticed that some couple opts out of having children.

       Five years ago church had issued a letter encouraging the followers to shun the modern practices of family planning and consider having more children.

       Not only Catholics every Christian family should take heed to the intention of our Creator, the Almighty God: “Be fruitful and multiply”. Genesis 1:28
